Founders of Signature Property Stagers
Signature Property Stagers was founded by Mel and Beth, a couple from Huddersfield who turned a passion for beautiful interiors into one of the UK’s most trusted staging companies.
What began in 2021 has grown into a multi-award-winning business, with a team of over 10 delivering more than 350 staged properties across the UK — from Airbnb and serviced accommodation to HMOs, BTR developments, and vacant property sales.
Today, they continue to run and grow the staging business alongside their work in education — staying actively involved in projects, clients, and the day-to-day realities of the industry.
Now, through Signature x Aire Education, they’re sharing exactly what’s built that success. The pricing strategies, the systems, the supplier relationships — and the lessons learned along the way.

Founder of Aire Interiors
AIRE Interiors, founded and led by Andrea, is the evolution of her earlier business, The Staging Sisters — where her journey in interiors and property staging first began.
Before moving into the interiors industry, Andrea spent several years in self-employed and business-led roles, building a strong foundation in how businesses operate, adapt, and grow in the real world.
She later transitioned into adult education, achieving her Level 5 qualification and progressing to Operations Director. In this role, she worked closely with the CEO to scale the business, develop accredited courses, and deliver training up to NVQ level.
Andrea went on to establish her own business, including a private training academy delivering both in-person and online accredited courses. After five successful years, she sold the business to focus fully on building within the interiors sector.
Her work in staging has included high-end properties valued up to £2 million, with the calibre of clients and projects continuing to evolve as the business has grown. Today, through AIRE Interiors, Andrea delivers commercial design, multi-unit developments, and show homes — including projects with globally recognised brands in the luxury retail and beauty space.
Andrea began her first business when her daughter was just two years old, giving her first-hand experience of building something from the ground up alongside real life. Her approach is rooted in practical experience — making decisions quickly, learning through action, and understanding what genuinely works.
Everything she now teaches is built on that journey — not just how to start, but how to build, grow, and position a business with clarity, structure, and confidence. Alongside running AIRE Interiors, Andrea remains deeply committed to coaching and development, translating her experience into practical guidance that helps others move forward with confidence.
