Signature Property Stagers was founded by Mel & Beth, a couple from Huddersfield, in December 2020. Now multi-award winning and with a team of over 10. 

Our team at Signature Property Stagers excels in delivering comprehensive furnishing solutions, across a wide range of property strategies like serviced accommodation, BTR, HMO’s & vacant property sales.

Specializing in sales premium turnkey solutions, we've outfitted over 300 properties across the UK, catering to property developers, investors, landlords & agents.

Mel & Beth also operate their own portfolio of serviced accommodation properties, so know exactly how things should be done! 

We know the pain of having to wait in for deliveries, shopping for all 250 items you need, building flatpack furniture, disposing of ALL the packaging (so much polystyrene?!), organising trades, making up beds … so we know the value Signature Property Stagers can bring to busy members of the property community. Mel heads up the Creative & Design side of Signature, working on the design and layout of all installations, whilst Beth is based in Business Development and communicates directly with Clients - this allows us to offer a seamless and hands off end-to-end furnishing solution for all of our investors, developers, estate agents and landlords.
